You may be thinking that your old level will still get the job done – which is true, but the Black & Decker Accu Mark Level can get it done faster and easier. It used to be that you had to measure the sites of the frame, measure how many inches it was to the hook (so you could center it accurately) and if you were handing more than one at a time you would have to measure the distances between each frame.
With the Black & Decker Accu Mark Level it’s just 3 simple steps.
1. Place the level on the back of the frame and move the targets to meet with the hooks on the back of your frame.
2. Place the level on the wall and use a pencil to mark where the targets align.

One bonus that I haven’t even mentioned yet is the Gecko Grip feature that many of the Black & Decker Levels have. This feature allows you to use one hand to hold the level and one hand to mark your measurement without losing your accuracy because the level slid a little.
